Did you know that today is National Pay It Forward Day. Help someone in need today or just pay for the person's food behind you in the drive-thru line. It doesn't take much to brighten someone's day.
We have chosen a winner for our Pay It Forward contest. Thank you so much to all of those who sent an entry in. I wish I could give all of the entries a free session, but I can't. Thank you to Katie Hoy who is responsible for this. I am not sure there are too many people like her and know that the world would be a better place if there were more people with a heart like hers.
